Open Day Event
The Armed Forces Support Group (AFSG) are to host a Jubilee event to Celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of H.M. Queen Elizabeth ll
The event is being supported by Barrowford Parish Council and the event will be a Jubilee Day for the Parish.
Supporting this event will be Cadets from the Navy, Army, and Air Cadet Units in Pendle.
Joining them will be our Police Cadets, Barrowford Scouts, Barrowford Churches Together , The Fire and Rescue Service, AFSG Stands, Veterans In Communities, Dave Holden’s life saving tips, and other events yet to declare, will be on site to make an interesting and entertaining Day,
In the afternoon we will be joined by the BMP Goodshaw Band, and the combined cadets will do a drumhead service, conducted by Rev Julie Smith in honour of Her Majesty the Queens Platinum Jubilee Day.
The event is due to run from 10am to 4 pm.
