The Armed Forces Support Group (AFSG) Ladies section is hosting a Christmas Fair at Holmefield House, Gisburn Rd., Barrowford on Saturday 2nd December - the items available are many and varied ranging from arts and crafts through to raffles, hampers, books etc etc and refreshments and light bites will be available - admission is free! Money raised goes towards maintaining our office at Holmefield House, we also support the local Cadet Forces, the Police Cadets and we contribute to the 3 Military Benevolent Funds (Army, Navy & Air Force) plus Serving or Veterans are helped in hardship cases or signposted to more specialised help if required - all in all its a very worthwhile cause and YOUR contribution will help us maintain this effort that our unpaid, local volunteers have carried out for the past 20 years ...
