Just returned from a fabulous weekend away at Churn Barn. We were 4 adult couples enjoying quality time with our friends over from Australia.
Churn Barn is a fantastic property - spotlessly clean, really well equipped and in a beautiful location. Great communication with the owner both prior to and after our stay. Will defo stay there again when visiting the Peak District. |

Weekend of storm Arwen. Stunning house, loads of room for 9 of us & 5 cars with bikes in garage. Hit with an electricity cut but Stacey sorted out gas stove and heater and lots of LED lights. I believe it has a generator now. 1/2 mile into the village for Londis store and takeaways. Recommend table at Cafe Bombay. Two good pubs further down. Loads of cycling and walking options within short drive.

16 months later than initially planned I was finally able to stay at Churn Barn with my bridal party. What a fantastic place - it is clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed. It is close to the train station and the most wonderful pub! It was the perfect backdrop for my wedding photographer to take photos of us all getting ready. Can't recommend this place enough!
