FOUR FURTHER CASES OF AVIAN INFLUENZA HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED

Four further cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5N1) have been confirmed. As various restrictions now apply, please check GOV.​UK: https://www.gov.uk/bird-flu for the latest information about the following new cases:

  • A premises near Kelvedon, Braintree, Essex.
  • A sixth premises near Attleborough, Breckland, Norfolk.
  • A premises near Frome, Mendip, Somerset.
  • A premises near Cheddleton, Staffordshire Moorlands, Staffordshire.
