Low pathogenic avian influenza H7N3 has been confirmed at a premises near Dumfries, Dumfries and Galloway. A 1km Restricted Zone has been put in place around the premises. All bird keepers should remain vigilant and follow stringent biosecurity measures to prevent future outbreaks.
