Two further cases of highly pathogenic avian influenza (H5N1) have been confirmed. As various restrictions now apply, please check GOV.Wales and GOV.UK for the latest information about the following new cases:

  • a premises near Newtown, Montgomeryshire, Powys
  • a premises near Leven, East Riding of Yorkshire, Yorkshire.
